[CCoE Notice] FW: Workplace Survey

Good morning,

This email was sent out yesterday to notify everyone of the legitimacy of "workplace survey" that went out as early as two days prior.  However, I learned that some of you either did not receive this email or the email may have been discarded as "junk" email.  I hope this will help to clarify that the workplace email from workplacedynamics.com is a legitimate email.  I'm sure the notification will go out before the actual survey in the future, now that they've learned of confusion it caused.

Going forward, please continue to review suspicious emails with great care by identifying the number of "red flags" in those emails.  If all else fails, please continue to forward them to me for confirmation before acting on said emails.  Special thanks to those who had reported this email to me in the past few days.

We would like to hear how you feel about working at UH.

You may have recently received an email with a link to an online survey from WorkplaceDynanics LLC, an independent research company. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and provide us with your feedback.

To protect your confidentiality, WorkplaceDynamics will not disclose your individual responses and persons working in departments of less than ten people will not be contacted. Furthermore, your department scores will only be disclosed if there are at least 6 survey takers in your group. Please be aware, however, that managers at UH may see the optional written comments on the final page of the survey. If you wish to make a comment please do not write anything that will identify you as an individual.

Please note:

 *   If you did not receive the survey email, please check your spam or junk email for a message from "Workplace Survey".
 *   If you accidentally deleted the survey email, don't worry. You will be sent a reminder in a few days.
 *   Please do not forward the survey email to a colleague, as each email has a unique code to prevent multiple responses from a single person.
