[UH-PROMES Listserv] UPDATE *** 2017 E-Week Outreach Competition

Hi everyone,

I just spoke with Jorge Villalta about the Engineering Alumni Association (EAA) Outreach Competition timeline that was just sent out. He informed me that the wording on the guidelines should read that the REGISTRATION window for the competition is December 2 - January 20. However, as long as your outreach event was held since the last E-week in February of 2016, your event will still qualify. I know that many of you have a large signature event during the year that falls outside of the original window, and we want to make sure that you are able to submit that amazing work for this competition. So you may hold an additional outreach event during the winter break, or you may use an event that was held since the last E-week.
