He informed me that the wording on the guidelines should read that the </span><b><span style='color:red'>REGISTRATION</span></b><span style='color:red'> window for the competition is December 2 – January 20</span><span style='color:#1F497D'>. However, as long as your outreach event was held since the last E-week in February of 2016, your event will still qualify. I know that many of you have a large signature event during the year that falls outside of the original window, and we want to make sure that you are able to submit that amazing work for this competition. So you may hold an additional outreach event during the winter break, or you may use an event that was held since the last E-week.
