[UH-PROMES] Volunteering this Friday and Saturday for the Walk

For those who plan to help with the Campus Walk, here are the instructions:  Sign up at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/AFSP

FRIDAY:
I need lots of help to place signs around campus to mark the parking areas and the walk route.  We have enough work for 7  teams of 3-4 students, so please grab some friends and come to my office at 1pm on Friday.  You will be handed your instructions and sent out to cover your part of the route.  Please help if you can!  Volunteer credit awarded, so make sure you sign up on the attached surveymonkey.

SATURDAY:
Meet at Lynn Eusan Park at 7 AM to help with set up.  The park is right adjacent to the UH Hilton, Cougar Village and E. Cullen Bldg.  We will set up registration near the concrete stage in the park.  I will also need help after the walk to move things back to the engineering building.  Bring your friends and join the walk!  There will be music and snacks, and early birds will earn shirts.  We will be done no later than noon.
