Dear Faculty and Staff,

Summer is here and classes begin June 2. Faculty will need to use Simple Syllabus to create syllabi for all courses.  Completing a syllabus in the Simple Syllabus platform will replace the process previously used in the Faculty Center. Resources have been created to help you familiarize yourself with Simple Syllabus:

If you have not already requested your course shell, you should do it now. See the information below to request Canvas and Teams.

  *   Login to https://AccessUH.uh.edu <https://accessuh.uh.edu/login.php >, then click the Course Request System icon.
  *   Directions<https://canvas.uh.edu/courses/17897/pages/how-to-request-a-canvas-slash-teams-course?module_item_id=1411942 > on how to submit a Canvas course request.
  *   If you have more than one section of the same course, such as online and face to face, then make sure you merge them, see step 5.
  *   If you would like to use one of your previous course shells, see step 7.
