[CCoE Notice] Plan to use Bb this Spring? Use the New Template available!

Dear Engineering Faculty,

In an attempt to enhance student experience and bring uniformity to our Blackboard course sites, a new "College of Engineering Template" was created for use beginning last Fall semester.  The new template has additional tools, content organization areas, and student tutorials.  Also, a semester calendar and tutorials for instructors and TAs have been pre-loaded.

If you are planning to use Blackboard for your Spring 2017 course(s), we hope that you will select the new template, and we hope that you will find it more useful for both you and your students.

It's easy to get the new template!  When you request your Blackboard course site in CRS (https://crs.uh.edu), at Step 2, when asked "What template would you like to use?" select "College of Engineering Template".   Once your Blackboard course site is created, you can start fresh with a new "empty shell", or you can copy content from your previous course sites.
