Service Affecting Incident Notification: Wireless Service Disruption

It has been reported that a service affecting incident exists for the following services:

Wireless Services - The Aruba master controller has failed, causing wireless to be unavailable in all buildings that use Aruba APs.

Impacted buildings include - Student Center (North and South), Conrad Hilton, Farish Hall, Bayou Oaks, GSB, MREB, Engineering Complex, and MD Anderson Library.

An update will be issued once additional information has been collected.
