Subject: Fire Drills November 22, 2016

Dear Building Coordinators,
A fire drill will be held in your building on November 22, 2016. The times are listed below. In order to make this drill a success we are asking that you please pass this information on to your building occupants that we will be conducting a drill and that total building evacuation is required. Please CC me on the emails you send out. I will send a reminder email the week before and the day before. Please pass these along to your building occupants to keep the drill fresh in their minds.
The drill should take no more than 15 to 20 minutes. Speed in emptying buildings or relocating occupants, while desirable, is not the only objective. Education and awareness are also objectives. At the conclusion of these drills we will submit a report to you sharing what observations were made and lessons were learned from the drills.
