[CCoE Notice] Engineering Extra Classroom Bookings

Dear Faculty and Staff:

Engineering Undergraduate Programs is pleased to announce the roll out of an electronic Room Reservation Request Form for extra classroom bookings within the Cullen College Engineering, effective June 1, 2016.

The Engineering Electronic Room Reservation Form is easy to use and requires the following Steps:


 *   Go to:   https://www.egr.uh.edu/forms/room-reservation-form
 *   To request a classroom within the Cullen College Engineering, a Room Reservation must be submitted online at least 5 business days in advance of the date needed.
 *   Please complete all required field designated by a (*)
 *   The Engineering Undergraduate Programs Office reviews room requests and will contact the requester via email with a confirmation reply within 3 business days.
 *   If requesting a classroom outside of the Cullen College Engineering, You must complete the UH General Purpose room reservation form<http://www.uh.edu/about/offices/enrollment-services/registrar/ad-astra/GP-Room-Reservation-Form-Effective-02-12-2016%20Revised.docx>. The form must be e-mailed to Iqbal Haider at mihaider at central.uh.edu<mailto:mihaider%40central.uh.edu>
 *   For emergency requests or technical difficulties please contact  Brandon Green at Bgreen4 at uh.edu<mailto:Bgreen4 at uh.edu> or 713-743-4200<tel:713-743-4200>
 *   Requests submitted after 4pm will be reviewed the following business day

Remember, starting June 1, 2016 EUP will only accept the electronic room request form. Until then, you can continue to use the paper room request form. Paper requests can be submitted via email to Bgreen4 at uh.edu<mailto:Bgreen4 at uh.edu>  or in person to E316, Engineering Building II. Please do not submit any room request via email to EngrUGPR at uh.edu<mailto:EngrUGPR at uh.edu>.
