Gentlemen attached is a spreadsheet I will use to solicit bids (RFP) for the D.I. Water and R.O. Water systems on campus.
Please look this over and verify I have captured the correct responsible person and all systems in your respective buildings.

Here's what I got from the building coordinators list:
McGhee: Old Science; SR1; SR2; HSC;
Bushman: Flemming; STL
Mahanay: SERC;
Guffey:
Perlowski: Eng 1; Eng 2

I know Old Science is "decommissioned" and I will remove those systems from the actual bid, I just want to make sure I have captured every system first.
Can anyone tell me who is over ERP Bldg. 14A?  E. Cullen?  TMC?  Health and Biomed?

The sooner I hear back from everyone the sooner I can get this RFP back out on the streets.
I will put provisions in for future buildings and their systems too, (Health and Biomed 2 and MREB) if anyone knows what those systems are going to be that would be helpful.
