[CCoE Notice] May 2015 Windows Update Issue

Good Morning.

There have been reports from a few users that their machines are stuck in a certain part of the Windows Update process.  If you or someone near you is having this problem please DO NOT TURN OFF the machine and please contact Eric Stern.  We will need to evaluate where your machine is in the update process to make sure it is safe for us to reboot your machine.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
