[CCoE Notice] FW: Cullen College of Engineering 2 - Water line / valve replacement

Please see below.  Facilities Operations proposes to replace the water line supplying Engineering 2, and add some valves to provide future flexibility , in 3 separate 4 hour outages.  Please review and reply with any comments at your earliest convenience in order to proceed in a timely manner.

During the outages, domestic water will not be available in Engineering 2.  Engineering 1 will continue to provide domestic water.

Ken,

As per our phone conversation yesterday about the subject, we will begin site excavation starting Monday May 18, 2015. The following schedule shut down of domestic hot and cold water is anticipated for Eng. 2 (bldg. 581) only.

Engineering 1 (bldg.. 579) and Engineering lecture hall (bldg.. 580) will not be affected by this outage.

Thursday May 21, 2015 from  5PM - 9PM
Friday       May 22, 2015 from  5PM - 9PM
Saturday May 23, 2015 from  9AM - 1PM

Please let us know if this works for you or if we need to make some adjustments.
