[CCoE Notice] Cougarnet and Lync unavailable

Good morning,

As of 9:12 AM, central IT's website shows the notification below.  This means any resources depending on Cougarnet for access will most likely have issues, including UH Exchange emails, shared printing, shared file sharing, scanning, , etc.  A typical problem is the login process that normally takes less than a minute is now taking more than 15minutes.  According to the notification, Cougarnet Administrators hope to resolve the issue by 9:15 AM.  It is now 9:30 AM and I believe the problem persists.  I will notify everyone once I learn this issue has been fully resolved.

Customers may experience problems using the following services: Cougarnet, Exchange, home drives, Lync phones and Sharepoint. Administrators are working to resolve the problem and we anticipate resolution around 9:15am. More information can be found at http://www.uh.edu/uit .
