[CCoE Notice] FW: Paint Odors

I have been receiving responses to my earlier e-mail, all of which have been forwarded to Maintenance for review.  Most of mentioned the need for better ventilation during painting operations on that floor, since there are no real down times for research activities.  I am asking Maintenance for suggestions as to how better proceed with their painting, while keeping odors and inconveniences down.

Due to the paint odors being generated in the Basement floor of Engineering 1, it has been suggested that the painting be performed over Spring Break.  Is this acceptable?
