 Attached is a report on the Office of Naval Research’s release of its
Young Investigator Program Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for FY 2013.
 This annual research program is targeted for promising young faculty in
tenure-track positions, and provides opportunities across ONR’s programs
and directorates.  This is a very popular and competitive program and is
seen as a great way for newer to break into the DOD funding world.
