[CCoE Notice] Cullen College of Engineering Fellowships in Materials

CCE Faculty:

We have a new Cullen College of Engineering Graduate Fellowship in
Materials effective 9/1/2012.

>
>
>    - $10k per student, 12 month competitive Cullen College of Engineering
>    Graduate Fellowship in Materials (a maximum of 6 will be awarded)
>
>
>    - $4k to offset costs not covered by DSTF
>       - $6k stipend additional stipend ($500 per month)
>
>
>
> All CCE PhD students are eligible given that they meet the following
> requirements:
>
>
>
>    - All coursework completed;
>    - Qualifying exam completed;
>    - Graduation by December 2012, May 2013, or August 2013 - first
>    priority
>    - Graduation by August 2014 - second priority
>    - Support letter from the advisor confirming that the student is "all
>    but done".
>
> Those who are graduating by August 2013 (as certified by their advisor),
> fellowship begins fall 2012.
>
> Those who are graduating by December 2013 (as certified by their advisor),
> fellowship begins spring 2013.
>
> Those who are graduating by August 2014  (as certified by advisor),
> fellowship begins fall 2013.
>
