[CCoE Notice] UH computers and international travel

University policy requires the annual submission and approval of form 
PRP-2, Request for Authority to Remove Equipment from Campus, whenever 
University equipment, including computers, is to be removed from campus.

Furthermore, if this equipment is to be taken outside of the United 
States, the approval further requires the review of the College 
Information Security Officer.  To facilitate this process, the attached 
checklist is provided for international travelers.
