[CCoE Notice] Input on College Facility Needs

Dear Engineering Students, Staff, and Faculty,

Over the past many months, we have taken every opportunity to express to
Provost Antel our need to significantly upgrade our facilities in order to
better our ability to service the needs of our students, staff, and faculty.
Our needs range from additional classrooms, teaching and research
laboratories, to areas where our students can meet, socialize, and study
effectively. 

The Provost has requested our College to submit a comprehensive plan to him
that addresses our short-term (1-3 years), medium-term (3-6 years), and
long-term (6-10 years) facility needs.

To that end, I am seeking your input on our needs. Please provide me your
thoughts on our facility needs by April 18. I will share your input at our
Spring 2012 Faculty/Staff Meeting and will incorporate your input in our
report to Provost Antel.
