INVITATION to UH ENGINEERING FACULTY!

Fulbright Scholar Program Workshop
April 13th, 2012

Time: 9:00 -11:30 a.m. (8:30-9:00 a.m. registration and light refreshments)
Venue: Plaza room, UH Hilton

All Engineering faculty are invited and encouraged to attend the April 13th Fulbright Scholar Program workshop.  The April 13 workshop is an excellent opportunity for Engineering faculty to learn about the different Fulbright awards for U.S. Scholars, and in particular, the Fulbright Specialist Program.  The Fulbright Scholar Program is a highly valued award program for faculty.

The workshop format will include presentations and panel discussions, led by Professor Everett Penn, UH Clear Lake, with former UHS "Fulbrighters" about their experiences and benefits from participating in the program.  The workshop will also include an overview of student programs to provide faculty with information they can use to promote the program to students.

Fulbright awards are Tier One and TARU recognized awards for faculty.
