Suresh and Dave,

I am sending this email to ask for your help to spread the word about a Lunch and Learn event that could be very beneficial to your faculty!

Faculty Development and Instructional Support (FDIS) is co-hosting this event on Monday, October 24 from 11:30 - 1:30 in the Rockwell Pavilion, MD Anderson Library.  This is a great opportunity for your faculty to get a feel for new technology resources, and to hear about how they can be supported on our campus by Instructional Designers.  College of Engineering has a wonderful ID team (Debbie Boyer and Anisa Maredia-Karim are doing a great job supporting faculty who are using technology to teach) and this is a great way to show support for them!

If you could pass this along, and possibly encourage your faculty (especially new faculty, or faculty new to integrating some form of technology into their teaching) to attend, we would really appreciate it.   The link to register is http://etuo.uh.edu/FDIS/Events/event.cfm?event_id=12
