[CCoE Notice] Surplus rack needs new home

Notice to all Cullen College faculty and staff:

The rack that previously housed the College's legacy Beowulf cluster is 
available for anyone who can use it.

The rack is a standard 19", 42U rack with both front and rear locking doors. 
The exterior dimensions are 77"h x 23"w x 40"d.  The rack is equipped with 16 
pairs of sliding rails, two conventional vertical power strips and a fan 
mounted in the center of the rear door.

If you have any interest in this rack, or know of anyone who could use it, 
please let me know.  First come, first served.

If no one in the College expresses a need for this rack by close of 
business next Wednesday (20 July), I will then announce its availability 
to the University at large.  If there is still no interest in the 
following week, it will then be transferred to surplus property.
