[CCoE Notice] National Night Out and Walk in the Dark Events

On Tuesday, October 5th, The University of Houston Department of Public Safety and Student Government Association  will host "The National Night Out and Walk in the Dark" activities from 5pm -10pm.  See attached flyer for more details.  If interested in participating, please contact your Rebecca Szwarc at Rszwarc@uh.edu or X36030.

The National Night Out portion of the evening will have all kinds of fun games and information for students, faculty and staff so please share the flyer with everyone. During the Walk in the Dark portion of the evening, we will walk the campus in the dark hours to identify areas that may feel unsafe to the walkers. This is a very important event. If you or individuals from your representative area can't make the event, Chief Davis has asked that they send their safety concerns to Ginger Walker at gkwalker at uh.edu <mailto:gkwalker at uh.edu> and she will add those concerns to the master list after the Walk in the Dark.
