[CCoE Notice] Sage updated to version 4.5.3 on ECC Linux systems

Sage is an open source mathematics package whose mission is to be a
viable alternative to Magma, Maple, Mathematica and Matlab.

The latest version has just been installed for use on ECC Linux
systems.  Please try it out.

To use sage, log into any ECC Linux system in the ECC or EERC.  Remotely
you may use Linus or Tuxedo.  The command is "sage".
