[CCoE Notice] FPC Space Survey

The FPC department is currently involved in a project to verify
building/room information across campus for State reporting purposes.
Two students from FPC will survey the following space in Engr. Bldg. 2;
all rooms floor by floor -offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, conference
rooms, etc. plus all common areas or service rooms such as mechanical,
electrical, custodial and utility rooms in all buildings to verify floor
plans and take measurements.  They will take dimensions and occupancy
information for each room, take pictures. They need to review room
number, room type, capacity, signage, dimensions and areas. 

 

Two students; Yan Zhang and Saadhana Rondla  will be surveying our
building.  They will wear ID badges to identify themselves.  They will
be in the building tomorrow and Monday through Friday next week from
8-1.  

 

They will have access keys, however, there may some special locks that
they need your help gaining access.  Please let me know if you have any
questions.
