[Program for Mastery in Engineering Studies]

Good Evening Everyone!

Hope everyone is having a great evening thus far!
So this year EWB-UH will be participating at the Houston Maker-Faire!

*What is the Houston Maker-Faire?*
Maker Faire is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy
learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists
to scientists to crafters, Maker Faire is a venue for these "makers" to
show hobbies, experiments, projects. We call it the Greatest Show (& Tell)
on Earth - a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity, and

Houston Maker-Faire
Where: George R. Brown Convention Center
When: Oct. 21-22, 2017
Times: 9:30 am-6:30 pm (Both days)

EWB will need volunteers to run the booth and interact with attendees at
the faire. If interested, sign up to volunteer for a time slot here:

Additionally, you can join Alexandra and Marissa, the vice president and
outreach chair of EWB, tomorrow, September 29th at 11:30 am to discuss the
project activity for our booth (a make-your-own water filter activity).
