We will be volunteering with Meals on Wheels for their ILEAD MLK Youth Service Day Project. It will be on DATE - January 16, 2017 TIME - 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. LOCATION - 3202 San Jacinto St. Houston, TX 77004 If you are interested in participating you can sign up at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdh1jHoH3B3dq8fp7ZwilIOSvJLXGWoy1VvKPh21YXI7eJBwg/viewform. Officers will also provide carpooling and will meet at the Hilton on campus for 8 am. If you are in need of a ride or would like to volunteer your car (we only need two more cars ) please email Kayla Nash at communityservice at uhnsbe.org or text her at 281-730-2301. They will also provide us with a breakfast and lunch as well as t-shirts. Upon arrival, they will split us into groups. The different groups are breakfast bags for the elderly, bicycle repairs for refugees, and packaging pet food for aniMeals. Due to the nature of our activities they are asking that all volunteers wear closed toe shoes. Have a nice day.
