Shell STEM Showdown 2016

Take this opportunity to inspire the next generation of engineers and scientist!
Compete for a $1000 scholarship.

WHEN: Friday, September 23, 2016 (7:15am to 3:30pm)

WHERE: UH Campus Recreation & Wellness Center

YOUR ROLE: Mentor a group of students from the Energy Institute High School as they compete in hands-on STEM activities.

PRIZE: As a college participant, you will have the opportunity to compete for $1000 scholarship from Shell.

WHO CAN APPLY: Any UNDERGRADUATE engineering student is eligible to apply.

HOW TO APPLY: Email Dr. Dan Burleson (dwburleson at uh.edu<mailto:dwburleson at uh.edu>) with your resume and in the email briefly describe why you want to be a part of this event.  Last day to apply is Friday, September 16.

There are a limited number of students that can be selected. Students will be notified if selected a week before the event (September 17).
