Students, if you are interested in ever getting an opportunity to work for BP this is an opportunity you need to apply.  They are using the students who participate in this program for their primary internship selection pool.  Even if you are not sure you are interested in BP the opportunity should be embraced as a learning opportunity.

Mr. Matthews,

Applications are now open for our early experience program, BP Discovery Days. BP Discovery Days is a 2.5 day program designed to provide high potential freshman and sophomores with an opportunity to engage with BP employees and interns, develop new leadership skills, and gain real-life perspective on how to develop a successful career in the energy industry. Selected students will receive an all-expense paid trip to Houston, TX and will earn a $1000 scholarship upon completion of the program.  This program is open to high potential Freshman and Sophomores. They may apply through the "early experiences" page on bp.com/uscampus.  Application deadline is March 1st. Can you please forward this to your PROMES students and encourage them to apply!
