[Program for Mastery in Engineering Studies]

Hello PROMES family!

December 7th is the great PROMES Winter Networking Event! The event will run from 11 AM to 4 PM in the SC SOUTH BALLROOM and is free of charge - but you must RSVP as seats are LIMITED.  There will be the always-popular White Elephant Gift Exchange (rules are attached), as well as a Karaoke contest, an Ugly Holiday Sweater contest, and door prizes. There will be some great prizes in the White Elephant Gift Exchange and we will raffle off gifts as well (YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN)! Lunch will be served by Don Carlos Restaurant from 12 noon to 2 PM or until it the food is gone.

One last thing!

Food/gag gifts are not allowed for the White Elephant Gift Exchange. If anyone brings food/gag gift, they will not be able to participate in the gift exchange.

Sidenote: Please wrap your gift or put it in a bag.
