[UH-PROMES] REMINDER: Engineering Showdown TONIGHT!

Hello Students,

Engineering Showdown will be today,  Nov. 12 in SEC 100 at 7pm. For those that don't know, it is a yearly competition were the engineering organizations get a chance to claim the title of smartest organization in a Jeopardy style competition.  Participating Organizations are MAES, SHPE, SWE, NSBE, and SASE. Each org will have a 5 member team. 1st place team will receive $50 gas cards for each participating member. 2nd and 3rd place teams will receive $25 gas cards for each participating member. If you are a member for any of the above organizations, reach out to the respective president to be on team and make sure to come out to the event.

Along with that we will be giving away prices and 4 $100 scholarships to audience. Anyone present at the time of the drawing will be able to win the scholarship, so come out and enjoy a good night.

There will also be food from Luigi's Pizza, one of Houston's Best Pizza places.
