For those of you who can help us this Saturday, we have an outreach event at Paul Revere Middle School.  It's robotics and should be fun!  The sign-up link is below....

Volunteers are needed for the following jobs.  We will also have the Robotics Team helping, especially with the Vex Contest.  Because we will need their Vex track for the event.  The Lego tracks (2) will be at the school.

Set up/ Clean up/General Duties (first shift)-- need 10 volunteers
Registration (occurs in first shift)-- need 4 volunteers
Lego Mentoring/Judging (requires whole day at event)-- need 12 volunteers
Vex Mentoring/Judging (requires whole day at event)-- need 8 volunteers
Food Handling Lunch/ Clean-up(occurs in Second shift)-- need 6 volunteers
Awards Program (occurs in second shift)-- need 3 volunteers
Photographer (must have own camera) need 2 one is already assigned.

Some volunteers will have multiple assignments during the event.

8:00 a.m. Volunteers arrive and set-up
9:00 Students and Teachers check in at registration. Breakfast served after check-in.
9:30 Welcome and go over schedule
9:45 Teams practice on tracks.
11:00 Competition runs begin
11:45 Set-up for Lunch
12:15 Lunch
12:50 Awards Program and lunch clean-up
1:30 Students depart and Volunteers complete clean-up
