<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Calibri">As of this writing, it is our understanding that the TGLO still plans to solicit proposals for planning projects related to disaster resilience
in Texas impacted counties. Release of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is anticipated to be sometime in late summer or early fall.</span></p>

<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Calibri">Based on information that the TGLO has shared with Texas Universities, the following are important details:</span></p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Calibri"> </span></p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Calibri">- The amount of funding that will be made available for planning grants is approximately 137 million dollars</span></p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Calibri">- Planning studies can be submitted from a public university or a vendor from the state of Texas</span></p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Calibri">- The TGLO plans to "</span>concentrate on regional approaches in addition to specific local solutions to promote sound and long-term recovery"<span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Calibri"></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Calibri"></span></p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Calibri">- Houston or Harris County are outside the scope of the RFP because the City and County are managing their own HUD monies</span></p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Calibri">- In the RFP, the TGLO will provide a list of projects that they plan on funding. The list will come from their outreach to local officials
in the impacted counties<br>
