Dear all,

The GLO call for proposals has been delayed but will still be coming out in the next few weeks. If you have not contacted me as of yet regarding your intent to submit a proposal either as lead or as a sub, please do so at your earliest convenience and before end of next week (March 16). 

The GLO has sent the following link to their webpage that will be used for releasing the proposal call:
