The Subsea Systems Institute at UH is organizing a two-day event, in collaboration with SPRINT Robotics, to bring together industry and students/researchers to discuss

The first day (Aug 15th) will take place at The Cannon West Houston and is geared toward industry professionals. Students/researchers can attend (there is a fee) and listen to presentations on the current state of the energy workforce and network with professionals.</div>

The second day (Aug 16th) will take place at the UH Student Center, is free to attend, and includes
<b>company booths with demos and recruiters</b>, talks and a research poster competition.
<b>The research poster competition </b>will be an opportunity for students/researchers to showcase their work to company reps and the research community, and there will be cash prizes and potential internship placements. See attached competition document for
more information.</div>
