<span style="color:black">The Cullen College of Engineering has partnered with Top Hat to provide faculty with an active learning platform that has been vetted by the University. Top Hat has been used successfully for years by UH faculty but has now been officially
vetted and can be synced with Blackboard within the College. </span><span style="font-family:-webkit-standard">Under the agreement, faculty will use Top Hat for no charge while students will be assessed a fee of $30/semester, $48/year or $96 for four years.</span></p>
