<b><i><u>two weeks in advance of the deadline</u></i></b>. If subcontracts are participating, then the office will require
<b><i><u>a four week lead time</u></i></b>. Submissions with advanced notifications and sufficient details provided (e.g., abstract, budget, access, points of contact) will be prioritized. </p>
