Unfortunately, any type of budget reduction is always very difficult. In addition, when the majority of the budget is allocated to
personnel, it makes it even more difficult in looking at the elimination of positions.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Over the last couple of days, we did have to eliminate some staff positions within the College as part of our budget reduction. Whenever reductions occur, questions are rightfully posed on how activities associated with those personnel
reductions will be fulfilled.
