The Incomplete
Grade Agreement form is filed with the department. Once the work is completed<span style="color:#1F497D">,</span> you can enter the earned grade via the online grade change workflow through your faculty center. The grade change must be submitted within one
academic year or the grade of “I” will be converted<span style="color:#1F497D"> </span>
