Anderson as the new Assistant to the Dean. Roshawnda joined our college last
Monday, and will be working closely with Kitty during her transition into
retirement.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Roshawnda joins us after serving as assistant to the vice
president of Tallahassee Community College for seven years. Roshawnda also has
extensive experience as a human resources specialist – a position she held at
both Tallahassee Community College and the Florida Department of Lottery.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">During her nearly 10-year career at Tallahassee Community
College, Roshawnda also served as an adjunct professor. She taught courses on
the foundations of student development, college success, and social studies and
language arts.<o:p></o:p></p>
