The majority of items are part of the building infrastructure and are being addressed separately by Facilities Planning and Facilities Management. The remainder are items that need to be addressed by the building occupants and users. I have edited these by highlighting the room numbers in yellow and showing the infractions in bold lettering. The infractions include the specific code violation reference number. The verbiage that is struck out are things that will be handled by Facilities Planning and Facilities Management.

A lot of these are for extension cords being used as permanent wiring, storage too close to ceilings, material in corridors and doors propped open and other user practices . These are all infractions that must be addressed by the user. I will be glad to meet with anyone to explain what can be done or to facilitate corrective actions. All of these infractions will have to be corrected and the Fire Marshal will reinspect the buildings this coming year.

Please call if you have any questions.

Ken Perlowski

713-743-5590
