As you know, the CCLA aims at developing the leadership skills of Department Chairs/unit leaders. The 2015 CCLA is limited to 35 persons and will represent a mixture of both sitting Department Chairs/unit leaders as well as those who may one day have interest in this kind of unit-level leadership role. I strongly encourage you to nominate your sitting department chairs as the knowledge and skills embedded in this curriculum have a proven track record for value.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>This year-long program is described in detail in the attached brochure, and the nomination materials are also attached for your use.
