The core principals and concepts of project management will be identified, and through the lenses of professional and personal experience, will be analyzed and explained. In addition, the value of these concepts will be shown as they relate to leadership and future employer selection. This is the first of three lectures, which will attempt to interrelate project management (first lecture), leadership (second lecture) and future employer selection (third lecture). The second lecture will introduce leadership concepts within the personal, interpersonal and business spheres.
