FM Technical Services Electrical Department is in need of performing critical high voltage repairs that impacts the buildings listed below. These repairs are almost to the point of emergency and are very necessary. We have assigned to a contractor that will be assisting us to complete the repairs in a timely manner. To perform the work we will need to schedule a complete building power outage for an approximate duration of 6-8 hours. Only emergency generator life safety systems will be available during this time period. Could each of you please contact and confirm any building occupants that the proposed date and time of <u>7/20/2013, 10:00 pm to 7/21/2013, 6:00 am</u> would be acceptable.
