Monday, JANUARY 14, 2013, or soon after, it is best to begin proposal
preparation in Fastlane on Monday, January 14, 2013, to be sure that you
are using the revised Fastlane Proposal Forms. There are forms that</span> cannot be completed <span style="color:#1f497d">within compliance </span>until <span style="color:#1f497d">NSF </span>actually<span style="color:#1f497d"> implements changes in Fastlane</span> on <u>Monday<span style="color:#1f497d">, January 14, 2013</span>.</u> <span style="color:#1f497d"></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1f497d"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1f497d"> </span></p><span style="font-size:18.0pt">Any data <span style="color:#1f497d">entered
in Fastlane prior to January 14, 2013, and submitted with a deadline of
January 14, 2013, or after, will cause the
proposal to be</span> non<span style="color:#1f497d">-</span>compliant <span style="color:#1f497d">and</span> sent back “returned without review”.<span style="color:#1f497d">
For the immediate future, it is recommended that all NSF submissions
are done at least two working days prior to the deadline to allow time
