The University holiday break is approaching. <br><br><br>As you are
aware, the campus is closed 12/2<font>4</font>-1/<font>1</font>, and on the days before and
after our "official" break <b>we will</b> have staff taking additional
earned vacation time.<br>
Please let us know IMMEDIATELY of proposal submissions that are planned between
December 15 and January 15. If at all possible, submissions scheduled
for 12/<font>17</font>-2<font>1</font> should be completed by <b>12/1<font>3</font></b>. Additionally, if
submissions are scheduled for 1/2 - 1/5, these should also be reviewed
and primarily ready for submission (except for final content wording)
the week of 12/1<font>7</font>.<br>
