Qualifying exam completed;<br></li><li class="MsoNormal">
Graduation by December 2012, May 2013, or August 2013 - first priority</li><li class="MsoNormal">
Graduation by August 2014 - second priority</li><li class="MsoNormal">
Support letter from the advisor confirming that the student is "all but done".</li></ul><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1f497d"><span><span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman""></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1f497d">Those who are graduating by August 2013 (as certified by their advisor), fellowship begins fall 2012.</span></p>
