Building. A contractor has been preliminarily selected A</span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:rgb(31,73,125)"> contract for legal review is now being prepared. Once review is complete the signature phase will
start. Once
the contract is fully executed, a pre-deconstruction meeting will be
scheduled to ensure all activities are coordinated and the schedule
finalized with all parties. The contractor presented a 40 day duration
for Y building demolition and they anticipate starting mid June.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><br><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:rgb(31,73,125)"></span></p><p class="MsoNormal">
Thus, the Y building should be down before the start of the Fall 2012 Semester.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:rgb(31,73,125)"><br></span></p>
