</p><p>The Faculty Governance Committee of the Faculty Senate periodically conducts midterm evaluations of all college Deans. The intent of the survey is to provide feedback to the Dean from their college faculty in the interim period between the regularly scheduled five year evaluations of the Dean conducted by the Provost. This survey is conducted using the Faculty Senate's anonymous on-line survey tool. <u>The survey will be open for a period of two weeks and should take less then 10 minutes to complete.</u>
</p><p>There are a total of 35 questions covering your opinion of the Dean’s performance in the areas of Leadership, Governance, Academic Impact, Research & Scholarship, Leadership Team, Management of the College, and Overall Performance. The rating scale uses a sliding scale from -100 (strongly disagree) to +100 (strongly agree). Each section also includes a comment box for additional input. While your comments are totally anonymous, please bear in mind that your specific comments will be shared with the President, Provost, and Dean.
