<p class="MsoNormal"><br><br>Please consider nominating one or more young, outstanding electrical or computer engineers for the 2011 IEEE-HKN Outstanding Young Electrical and Computer Engineer award. It is an IEEE-HKN recognition that is awarded to emphasize among electrical and computer engineers, or those in an IEEE-designated field of interest, that their service to humankind is manifested not only by achievements in purely technical pursuits, but by other means, as well. The award is given annually for meritorious service in the interests of humankind as evidenced by his or her past record and future promise, as well as for outstanding achievements in his or her chosen profession.<br>
<br>Deadline for receipt of nominations, including the endorsement letters required, are due by Friday, 7 October 2011. Don't delay -- Please consider nominating one or more young, outstanding engineers for this special recognition.<br>
