We call your attention to a change in the academic calendar dates for summer sessions.<br>
The change is prompted by an effort to accommodate area high school graduation dates.<br>
The summer sessions are scheduled differently from past summers.<br>

<p>In summary, Summer 2011 sessions are posted as follows:<br>

SUMMER 1<br>
begin date: June 6, 2011<br>
Last class day: July 5, 2011<br>
notes: classes meet Mondays through Fridays<br>
duration: 4 weeks<br>
<br>
SUMMER 2<br>
begin date: June 6, 2011<br>
Last class day: July 21, 2011<br>
notes: classes meet Tuesdays through Thursdays<br>
duration: 7 weeks<br>
<br>
SUMMER 3<br>
begin date: May 31, 2011<br>
Last class day: August 9, 2011<br>
notes: classes meet either Mondays and Wednesdays, plus Fridays (June 3 and June 10), or Tuesdays and Thursdays<br>
duration: 10 weeks<br>

SUMMER 4<br>
begin date: July 11, 2011<br>
Last class day: August 8, 2011<br>
notes: classes meet Mondays through Fridays<br>
